Recurated is a fashion marketplace that connects a global community of buyers and sellers. You can access Recurated through our app or website (the "Service").

The Service is operated by Mercujaya Prostim Sdn. Bhd., a company incorporated in Malaysia under company number [200801010997], with its registered office at [●] ("we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Your Relationship with Us

These terms, along with the policies in our Help Centre (the "Policies"), govern your use of the Service (the "Terms of Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Your Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your information, including cookies.

4. Who Can Create an Account?

Anyone 13 years or older can use Recurated. Business use is permitted, but certain provisions will apply differently.

To access our Service, you must register an account with a username and password (your "Account") and provide accurate and complete details. Keep your information up to date.

You can also access Recurated through approved third-party services like Apple, Facebook, and Google.

Users under 13 are not allowed. If your country requires a higher age for data consent, you must meet that requirement.

Business Users must have an authorized representative managing their account and agree to the Terms of Service on behalf of the business.

5. Keeping Your Account Secure

Protect your account details. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

Keep your password confidential and consider enabling two-factor authentication for extra security.

If you believe your password has been compromised, contact us via our Help Centre as soon as possible.

6. How Recurated Works

Recurated enables users to buy and sell fashion items from other users.

The Service allows you to browse, list, buy, and sell items. Learn more in our Help Centre.

We tailor your feed based on your activity and preferences.

Users must honor their commitments and ensure listings comply with the Terms of Service and Policies.

Buying or selling an item constitutes a direct agreement between the buyer and seller.

Sellers must ensure items are as described, safe, and legally compliant. Any defects should be clearly stated.

Age-restricted items must be appropriately labeled, and buyers must adhere to legal age requirements.

7. Rules for Using Recurated

Recurated is a safe space, and users must follow these rules:

You may only use the Service to:

• Sell items you own and have the right to sell.
• Upload compliant User Content (such as usernames, bios, photos, videos, descriptions, and messages).
• Browse and purchase items listed on the Service.

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activities or violations of the law.
• List prohibited or restricted items.
• Post misleading or fraudulent content.
• Share another user's content without permission.
• Hack, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• List items on multiple platforms without removing sold items from Recurated.
• Introduce harmful software or attempt to breach security.
• Post unauthorized content or intellectual property.
• Transfer, sell, or gift your Account.
• Bully, harass, or violate others' rights.
• Promote or glorify extremist organizations.
• Manipulate ratings or user feedback.

Violations of the Terms of Service or Policies may result in:

• Temporary or permanent removal of content or listings.
• Account suspension or termination.
• Legal action.
• Disclosure of information to law enforcement if necessary.

8. Payments on Recurated

All purchases must be completed using Recurated Payments via Stripe.

Payments must be made through our third-party provider, Stripe.

To sell on Recurated, you must sign up for Recurated Payments via Stripe, depending on your location.

By using Stripe, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Services Agreement.

Users must agree to a Direct Debit mandate for potential negative balances, as outlined in our Direct Debit Policy.

If a buyer is refunded and your Recurated Payments account has a negative balance, you must repay the amount. We may collect it via Direct Debit or Stripe.

Klarna will soon be available for select transactions in ("Pay in 3" or "Pay in 30 days"). Terms apply, and late payments may impact your credit score.

Out-of-app payments are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

If your account is suspended or terminated, we may withhold pending payouts for up to 180 days, or longer if required by law enforcement or compliance regulations.
